ArtsBuild is developing the Capital Project Planning & Implementation Framework. When completed, it will provide a systematic approach to the planning and management of capital projects.
This MS Project-based tool is designed to have multiple applications. The Framework will help the Board and leadership of arts organizations to understand project flow and requirements around time, process and resources. It will also be a tool for project managers to implement actual projects.
When it is ready for use, the Framework will be integrated into the ArtsBuild Ontario Facilities Portal and website. The Framework is currently undergoing testing it in a variety of projects and communities.
