Welcoming Bill Ralph to the ArtsBuild Board

ArtsBuild Ontario welcomes Bill Ralph, (Retired) Chief Risk Officer, Infrastructure Ontario, to their Board. With over 25 years of financial and managerial experience with the Government of Ontario, Mr. Ralph is a proven leader in shaping the way that infrastructure projects are financed in Ontario.

“Bill brings significant experience in capital project investment and financing to the ArtsBuild Board, in addition to outstanding leadership qualities and mentorship capabilities, “ says Board member Chris Loreto, Senior Consultant with Strategy Corp.

Mr. Ralph established the Ontario Strategic Infrastructure Financing Authority (OSIFA) – an innovative, affordable and efficient public infrastructure loan program that is the first of its kind in Canada.  Prior to OSIFA, Mr. Ralph led the development of Ontario’s Infrastructure Planning, Finance and Procurement Framework as well as a number of high-profile projects for the Ministry of Finance. He has an Honours BA in Economics from Queen’s University and an MBA from York University.
