Join Our Team: Marketing & Operations Coordinator

ArtsBuild Ontario (ABO) is seeking an organized and creative Marketing & Operations Coordinator to join our dynamic team!

In this part-time hybrid role (24 hrs/week) based in Kitchener, ON, you will lead ABO’s marketing campaigns, digital communications, graphic asset creation, and manage day-to-day administrative and tenant relations at the 44 Gaukel Creative Workspace.

* Position Type: Part-Time / Hybrid (24 hours per week)

* Compensation: $22.00 – $24.00 / hour

* Location: Kitchener, ON (Hybrid with regular on-site availability at 44 Gaukel)

* Target Start Date: September 8, 2026

About ArtsBuild Ontario

Incorporated in 2006, ABO is a nonprofit and charitable organization that supports the development, operations and financial management of arts and cultural facilities. ABO supports small to mid-sized arts organizations with cultural infrastructure programs, training, and advocacy. ABO plays a vital role in the development and sustainability of creative space across Ontario and beyond.

ABO currently oversees three creative hub sites in Waterloo Region: 44 Gaukel Street and 99 King Street both in Kitchener, and Wing 404 in Waterloo. These sites, two of which are Meanwhile Space locations, reflect ABO’s commitment to reimagining cultural infrastructure through social purpose real estate.
