Accessibility Webinars and Toolkit

ArtsBuild Ontario is currently developing a Webinars Series and a Toolkit for creative spaces aimed at increasing awareness of the Design of Public Spaces Standard under the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disability Act (AODA). These resources feature innovative ideas and solutions to support creative spaces such as galleries, museums, theaters and culture hubs, in making their spaces more accessible.

This six part webinar series will discuss how creative spaces need to meet accessible building standards and explore ways creative spaces can go beyond the standards.

The webinars will feature live closed captioning. A transcript and a recording will be made available after the live session. All documents will be posted in accessible format.

ABO uses EventBrite for registration and Adobe Connect to deliver webinars. If you anticipate needing any type of accommodation to register or participate in our webinars, please call 519-880-3670 ext. 101 or email in advance of your participation.
