In the Construction Phase you will oversee the implementation of the carefully planned and designed facilities project that addresses the operational and artistic needs of your organization and community.
As the client, your role will consist primarily of good management, communication, and adept decision making during pre-construction, construction,and the immediate post-occupancy period.
At the end of construction you will hopefully have the keys to a great building, and plans for an exciting celebration of the efforts of everyone involved.
